Austin R. Ward is a native of Pensacola, Florida, and a graduate of the University of West Florida and the Cumberland School of Law. After graduating from law school, Austin pursued an advanced legal degree (an L.L.M. in Taxation) from Washington University in St. Louis before returning to his hometown of Pensacola to begin his legal career. For the last 18 years, Austin has handled a wide variety of cases throughout Northwest Florida including wills and trusts, probates and estates, construction defect, real estate, product defect, insurance disputes, motor vehicle accidents, trip/slip and fall, negligent security, medical malpractice and wrongful death. His primary emphasis over the last 15 years has been in the area of personal injury where Austin has represented injured plaintiffs and defended large insurance companies. Next

Austin is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator and is licensed to mediate cases throughout Florida. When Austin is not busy mediating, he enjoys playing golf, travelling, and spending time with his wife Carolyn and their two daughters, Felicity and Lucy.
